Weight Loss Journey: Prelude
Yesterday (February 21, 2009) I embarked on a weight loss journey! I am currently 250 pounds and my first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight. I will try to get to 225 pounds by the 3rd week of my weight loss journey! I haven’t set a long-term goal yet. I am just setting goals for the near future. I will update my blog every Saturday with my new, hopefully better, results. I am trying to achieve this by going to the gym, and dieting. My dad’s friend is a personal trainer so he has said that he will train me for free. I have not been fat my whole life. In my preteens and into my early teens, I played soccer and I was in excellent shape! I am hoping to have an excellent body once again. WISH ME LUCK!
